WEIGHT LOSS FORMULA | HEALTH | FIT | HEALTH FOOD




 HEALTHY ACTIVE LIFESTYLE IN LIFESTYLE WEIGHT LOSS FORMULA

I wanted you to get prepared, so you crack open Your Productivity!  With the first two habits.


Here they are:

Habit #1: Wake up early

Habit #2: Start working immediately on something to get you on the positive path of weight loss


I will tell you these habits had a significant impact on me which changed my life forever….

Was it easy? No.  But had to start somewhere... someday…


Here it goes…..

Like everyone else during my 30s, my focus was only on my career.

I hurt myself, put on excess weight & got out of shape, struggled with eating and body issues, or otherwise found myself in the weeds of illness, injury, and suffering.


So, in November 2004 (I was only 49 years old at the peak of my family responsibilities), I quit my high-profile job, where I was already making a 6-digit income


For 2 years I took life casually, thinking most of them around me in their 50s looked the same & it is too late to do all the changes & disturb my current lifestyle I am adjusted too.

But one day I decided. Enough is enough Indar. change before you must.

15 years back I started my weight loss journey & within 1st 6 months I lost 11+ Kgs of fat & 13 inches from waistline.

Today I am here 17 kg lighter & 14 inches slimmer, I feel very healthy, fitter & much younger & none of the lifestyle health issues.

The process of healing myself inspired me to help others. Now I invest my time and energy into helping to heal others too

In the meanwhile, I will list down 5/6 of my morning mantras so get started somewhere…


1. Gratitude…. Be thankful!

2. Take a few minutes to read your personal statement and visualize

3. Read books. 10-20 pages that can inspire you

4. Move your butt. 30-45 minutes

5. Focus. It can be either 20-40 minutes of meditation (depending on how much time you have in the morning) 

6. Have a nutritious protein-rich breakfast.

LIFESTYLE WEIGHT LOSS FORMULA

 Every one wants


"TO LIVE, TO LOVE, TO LEARN & TO LEAVE A LEGACY"
So we move from urgency to importance, we encounter the fundamental question at hand: What are “first things” and how do we put them first in our lives?
The same is true in all areas of our lives.

Being a | FITNESS FREAK | WELLNESS COACH | What comes to my mind is "You need to have a good health".

We all know & realise that a good percentage of the health problems we have are lifestyle-related.

Without an extreme “wake-up call,” For all lifestyle HEALTH challenges, many of us live in a rescue fantasy.

We live the way we want to live—little or no exercise, poor nutrition (over fed & under nourished, or under fed & under nourished) ie burning the candle at both ends.

—and when we have a problem, we expect the medical profession to pick up the pieces & Give a quick fix.

While we may be able to diminish the pain with prescriptions and first-Aids, but that is temprary.

If we’re really going to make a difference, we need to go to the underlying root cause of the pain.

What we need to attend is prevention in a profound way.

So where does our poor nutrition start ? Its the breakfast
- Its carb based or no breakfast.
No wonder sugar places havoc in our day to day life.

I am very proud & boast to say “I FIXED MY PROBLEMS FIRST”

Today I feel very healthy, fitter & much younger.

The process of healing myself inspired me to help others. Now I invest my time and energy into helping other to heal them too
